Job Description
Job title: HR & Systems Officer - Hybrid Role Summary: Coordinate and support HR functions while managing people‑management systems, ensuring smooth operation of HR processes and data integrity during a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Expactations: Deliver accurate HR data and system updates, contribute to strategic HR initiatives, enable efficient staff onboarding and records management, and adapt to a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Administer employee records and HRIS updates • Facilitate onboarding, off‑boarding, and HR documentation • Resolve staff queries regarding HR policies and system usage • Support recruitment and training activities • Ensure compliance with data protection and employment legislation • Maintain system integrations and troubleshoot issues • Provide reporting and analysis on HR metrics • Collaborate with HR team on continuous improvement projects. Required Skills: • Proficiency in HR information systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) • Strong data entry, audit, and reporting abilities • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills • Ability to work independently and within a hybrid framework • Detail‑oriented and organized; adept at managing multiple priorities. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field • Relevant HR or IT certification (e.g., HRCI HR-CP, SHRM-CP, or HRIS certification) is preferred.
