Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Role Summary:
Configure, customize, and administer the ServiceNow platform for the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with key enterprise systems to automate HR processes, manage HR cases and knowledge, and support the Employee Center.
Expectations:
• Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow developer experience.
• Knowledge of HRSD components (case & knowledge management, life cycle events, HR integrations, Employee Center).
• ServiceNow Administrator and Developer certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM concepts, Active Directory/LDAP, and cross-browser compatibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, flow designer pipelines, and business rules.
- Build service request structures (requests, items, tasks) to route customer data to support teams.
- Script automation using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and native ServiceNow tools (client/server scripts, UI Actions, Scripts Include).
- Prepare requirement specifications and technical documentation.
- Execute integrations and process automation between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Manage data load, manipulation, and maintenance across platforms.
- Analyze user requirements and current processes to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow development (configuration, scripting, platform administration).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Experience with Active Directory/LDAP integration.
- Ability to develop cross-browser compatible interfaces (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Independent work capability with minimal supervision.
Required Education & Certifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications are preferred.
