Job Description
**Job Title** Human Resources Assistant (M/F) **Role Summary** Support the HR Manager in the daily HR operations for a portfolio of approximately 200 employees within the construction division. The role includes managing training programmes, recruiting interns and apprentices, and contributing to cross‑functional HR projects. **Expectations** - Deliver HR support with initiative and independence while effectively collaborating with the team. - Demonstrate strong organisational and procedural accuracy. - Adapt quickly to a dynamic, construction‑focused environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer and implement the 2025 training uptake plan and execute the 2026 training deployment plan (coordination with external providers, logistics, scheduling). - Process training administration: invoicing, contract management, certification issuance, and data entry into the HRIS. - Monitor and optimise training budget utilisation. - Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for interns and apprentices: drafting and publishing role advertisements, screening applications, conducting initial interview rounds, and managing onboarding and administrative follow‑up. - Source candidates across all available channels and represent the company at recruitment events (forums, career fairs, employer engagement activities). - Participate in company‑wide HR initiatives and occasional transversal projects as required. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in recruitment and/or training administration. - Excellent organisational, meticulous and deadline‑driven approach. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work autonomously and within a team. - Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office suite. - Basic knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (minimum BAC‑+3) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - HR‑related certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM‑CP) is desirable but not mandatory.
