**Job Title** Coordinator, Talent & Operations (13‑month contract) **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Director of Talent & Operations for the Montreal office. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment logistics, onboarding, performance reviews, event coordination, documentation, budgeting, and regulatory filings, while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of professionalism. **Expectations** - Maintain exceptional organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. - Demonstrate discretion with confidential information and a client‑service orientation. - Communicate effectively in both French and English in written and spoken forms. - Collaborate across multiple departments and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist Director with daily administrative and project tasks. - Plan and coordinate recruitment events, campus visits, and candidate interviews. - Manage recruitment communications (posting on website, reviewing translations). - Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communications. - Facilitate onboarding: orientation, training, integration of new hires. - Prepare and administer performance reviews for students, associates, and staff. - Maintain employee records, databases, and documentation for recruitment and events. - Support planning and execution of professional development programs and office initiatives. - Coordinate marketing outreach (social media posts, event invitations). - Track and reconcile departmental expenses, including Visa transactions, ensuring budget alignment. - Handle Quebec Bar filings and related documentation. - Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on behalf of the Director. - Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as required. **Required Skills** - Bilingual proficiency: French (written & spoken) and English (written & spoken). - Minimum 2 years of coordination or administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or legal setting. - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and familiarity with HR/project‑management tools. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities. - Excellent interpersonal, client‑service, and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree or relevant certifications not required but preferred.
