Job title: eCommerce Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of eCommerce and retail media initiatives across US/Canada, managing P&L, digital shelf, and media investments to drive online market share growth and profitable omnichannel sales. Expactations: - Own retail media P&L and media spend-to-sales attribution. - Drive measurable growth and ROI on retail media channels (sponsored search, display, paid social). - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Category Management. - Manage quick commerce programs for rapid fulfillment.
