Bring fresh energy, trend insight, and creative direction to refresh brand presence. **Expectations:** - Deliver 3 short‑form videos per week per brand (6 total weekly). - Be comfortable on camera, self‑directing and presenting. - Stay current with platform trends and audience preferences. - Report directly to the founders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Shoot, edit, and publish short‑form video content for both brands on IG and TikTok. - Develop and execute creative concepts that align with each brand’s aesthetic and voice. - Refresh and maintain brand presence across both platforms. - Collaborate with founders on creative direction and content strategy. - Monitor performance metrics and iterate on content to improve engagement. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Instagram and TikTok content creation and trend analysis. - Ability to film and edit natural, cool, and current short‑form video (camera operation, lighting, audio, editing software). - On‑camera presence and confident delivery. - Strong creative ideation and storytelling abilities. - Excellent time management to meet weekly deliverables. - Clear communication and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No specific degree required; a portfolio of relevant video work is essential. - Formal training or certification in digital media, video production, or related fields is a plus.
