Job Title: Senior Research Scientist, Primary Pharmacology (18‑month FTC) Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and optimization of cell‑based and biochemical assays that support small‑molecule drug discovery. Utilize technologies such as FRET, luminescence, flow cytometry (FACS), imaging, and automation to generate high‑quality, decision‑making data for cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment. Expectations: - Complete all work within an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. - Deliver robust, fit‑for‑purpose assays with strict quality control. - Adopt and evaluate emerging assay technologies. - Produce timely, actionable data to inform drug‑discovery decisions.
