Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Assistant (CRM & Social Media) **Role Summary:** Support the Digital Marketing Lead by planning, executing, and optimizing CRM email campaigns and organic social media initiatives across the brand and its sub‑brands. Drive customer engagement, loyalty, and digital presence while collaborating with operations and local site teams in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable improvements in email engagement and social media performance. - Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. - Provide actionable insights and reporting to inform strategy. - Support and train local teams to elevate their digital execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end‑to‑end CRM campaigns: planning, segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and post‑campaign analysis. - Optimize customer journeys and loyalty programs using CRM platforms (Acteol/Atreemo). - Manage organic social media content calendars, create posts, and ensure brand alignment across all channels. - Produce and brief creative assets for digital campaigns. - Execute integrated digital campaigns that combine email, social, paid media, and web elements. - Collaborate with Operations and pub teams to localize central marketing strategies. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to generate fresh ideas. - Generate performance reports and dashboards using Excel or similar analytics tools. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience managing CRM email campaigns and/or brand social media accounts. - Strong knowledge of A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Acteol, Atreemo) and social media management platforms. - Excellent written and visual content creation skills. - Advanced Excel/analytics abilities for data interpretation. - Ability to work cross‑functionally and train non‑marketing staff. - Hospitality or retail sector experience is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Email Marketing, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous but not mandatory.
