En 1973, en ouvrant son 1er magasin boulevard Magenta à Paris pour offrir aux citadins une alimentation plus saine, grâce à une sélection de produits biologiques, diététiques et naturels de qualité. Aujourd'hui, en proposant une Bio de proximité, joyeuse et gourmande, dans plus de 145 magasins ! Job Description

**Job Title:** Management Control Intern (M/F) **Role Summary:** Support the Finance & Management Control team in producing revenue and margin reports, budgeting, forecasts, monthly closures, and continuous improvement of reporting tools. Provide analytical insights to operational managers and senior leadership for decision‑making. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate high energy, autonomy, and rigor. - Deliver accurate, timely analyses and reports. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and ad‑hoc requests. - Exhibit strong service orientation toward internal clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate periodic reports on sales, margins (promotions, discounts), and operating expenses by store, online channel, product family, and region. - Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts. - Participate in monthly closing activities, focusing on rental charges and overall operating costs. - Contribute to the ongoing redesign and enhancement of reporting formats and management tools. - Perform ad‑hoc performance analyses as requested by business units. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities. - High level of precision and attention to detail. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration. - Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization or BI tools is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university degree). - Prior experience (internship or project) in finance, accounting, or retail analytics preferred. - Availability to start January 2026 for a 6‑month internship.
