Job Title: Digital Coordinator (International)
Role Summary:
Coordinate, launch, and monitor e‑commerce, CRM, and digital marketing initiatives across multiple international subsidiaries to enhance customer experience and site performance, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and local market requirements.
Expectations:
- Seamless execution of digital projects with a strong focus on conversion, average order value, and SEO.
- Effective cross‑functional collaboration with local digital teams, creative, and content groups.
- Data‑driven decision making and continuous performance improvement.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and openness to intercultural communication; a third language is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage e‑shop content planning (banners, top‑bars, homepages, landing pages) and oversee brand content creation and localization.
- Implement promotional calendars in line with each country’s commercial policies (pricing, banners, launch messages, merchandise roll‑out, checkout gifts).
- Optimize product catalog (descriptions, merchandising, cross‑/upselling, product recommendations, search).
- Enhance onsite user experience through editorial content, blogs, FAQs, post‑purchase communications.
- Drive conversion rate and cart‑value strategies; deploy SEO and GSO initiatives; maintain store locator updates.
- Support local teams and author training materials for digital operations.
- Champion CRM projects: route campaigns across channels, launch trigger scenarios, deploy loyalty programs, diagnostics, and other global CRM initiatives.
- Coordinate creative and content teams for campaign creation.
- Recommend customer journey optimisations based on data analysis.
- Export, analyze, and report e‑commerce and CRM performance; identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of e‑commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO, CRO, and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with competency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional language proficiency valued.
- Proactive, results‑oriented, and collaborative across cultures.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s (Bac+4) or Master’s (Bac+5) in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field; acceptable equivalent experience.
- Relevant digital marketing or e‑commerce certifications preferred (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
