Job Description: Job title: Sales Specialist Role Summary: Drive B2B sales of restaurant automation technology by prospecting, consulting, and closing partnerships with restaurant owners and management teams. Own the full sales cycle, maintain a robust pipeline, meet quotas, and position the product against competitors. Expectations: - Achieve and surpass set sales targets. - Build long‑term relationships with new and existing restaurant partners. - Conduct cold‑calls, drop‑ins, and email outreach with confidence. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote platform value. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify new restaurant prospects through phone, email, and in‑person visits. - Deliver consultative presentations, demos, and proposals that highlight automation benefits. - Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring alignment with company pricing and terms. - Forecast sales activities, update CRM with accurate pipeline data, and report progress to management. - Analyze market landscape, competitor offerings, and differentiate the product accordingly. - Develop and execute sales programs and initiatives tailored to target restaurant segments. - Maintain customer relationships post‑sale to encourage renewals and upsells. Required Skills: - 1+ year experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or services. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Self‑starter with a goal‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset. - Comfortable with cold‑calling, door‑in, and email outreach. - Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple prospects concurrently. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Basic understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - No specific degree or certification required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
