**Job Title:** Market Data & Security Master Director
**Role Summary:**
Lead product management for Market Data and Security Master infrastructure at a brokerage platform, driving modernization, scalability, and AI-enabled efficiencies. Own vendor relationships, budgeting, and KPI-driven delivery while aligning cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders with strategic objectives.
**Expectations:**

- Clear communication: articulate roadmap rationale and progress to executives.
- Data & AI fluency: leverage analytics and LLM tools to accelerate delivery and improve data quality.
- Cross‑functional influence: coordinate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own Market Data product strategy: vendor integrations, contract negotiation, budget oversight, and platform modernization.
- Lead delivery of the new Security Master infrastructure, ensuring scalable integration with OMS and downstream systems.
- Establish and review quarterly KPIs across product areas, aligning teams and course‑correcting as needed.
- Communicate progress and business impact (latency, data quality, cost savings, entitlements) to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps with clear stakeholder visibility.
- Use AI/LLM to speed delivery, enhance data accuracy, and reduce operational complexity.
- Engage customers and vendors to identify opportunities, resolve friction, and deliver differentiated solutions.
- Assess new product opportunities in equities, options, corporate actions, and infrastructure.
- Shape product vision and differentiation strategy in partnership with brokerage leadership.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: opportunity identification, requirements definition, engineering collaboration, launch, and post‑launch optimization.
- Conduct competitive and industry research to stay ahead of technology trends and regulatory changes.
- Draft detailed business requirements and ensure high‑quality engineering execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements: data entitlements, disclosures, and exchange reporting.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, performance metrics, and strategic alignment.
- Continuously improve business processes to drive scale, efficiency, and stakeholder value.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in equities, options, and futures market data.
- Proven product management experience in trading infrastructure, scaling systems, and vendor ecosystems.
- Strong KPI setting, measurement, and data‑driven decision making.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management, including executive reporting.
- Experience with AI/LLM integration for product and operational improvement.
- Negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (data entitlements, customer disclosures, exchange reporting).
- Agile product development practices and cross‑functional team leadership.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
- Relevant certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or other product management/Agile credentials.
