**Job Title** Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary** Coordinate brand strategy, event execution, and digital marketing across a high‑touch financial services firm. Deliver end‑to‑end marketing initiatives that maintain brand consistency, enhance client experience, and support regulatory compliance. **Expectations** - Execute a minimum of three client or prospect events annually and manage all associated logistics. - Produce at least four major marketing assets per month (e.g., newsletters, PDFs, video scripts). - Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring on‑time approvals and deliverables. - Analyze digital engagement metrics and produce quarterly performance reports. - Meet all regulatory and compliance review deadlines for marketing materials. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Brand Strategy & Development** - Refine and implement brand guidelines across digital and print channels. - Create and edit brand assets (messaging frameworks, visual standards). - Review advisor marketing materials for brand and compliance alignment. 2. **Event Planning & Execution** - Conceptualize, plan, and execute client and prospect events; manage vendors, invitations, RSVP tracking, and on‑site execution. - Ensure events reflect brand standards and achieve strategic objectives. 3. **Digital Marketing & Communications** - Manage website content updates, email campaigns, and social media posts. - Coordinate podcasts, webinars, and e‑communications with stakeholders. - Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements. 4. **Project Management** - Develop project timelines, secure approvals, and monitor progress. - Update the marketing calendar and track deliverables. - Coordinate with compliance to certify regulatory adherence. **Required Skills** - Strong written, editing, and visual communication abilities. - Event coordination and digital marketing platform proficiency (CMS, email marketing tools, analytics). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. - Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution. - Excellent judgment, brand consistency focus, and proactive problem‑solving. - Adaptability to fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 3 years of marketing/communications experience in financial services or high‑touch professional services. - No specific certifications required; knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards desirable.
