Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager – Finance MOA (SAP S/4HANA Cloud) **Role Summary** Lead the management and evolution of financial processes within a SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment, ensuring data reliability, regulatory compliance, and user adoption across Europe. Act as the primary liaison between finance, IT, and external partners, overseeing both the project phase and the ongoing run support of the system. **Expactations** - Drive the financial model roadmap, including account reliability, regulatory compliance, and productivity enhancement. - Gather, analyze, prioritize business requirements and document functional changes. - Lead validation committees, change management, training, and communication initiatives. - Maintain the health and performance of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud run environment, including ticket triage and monthly oversight of support committees. - Manage the finance MOA budget and engage key user communities. - Serve as the main contact for ITGC auditors and contract negotiations with external partners. **Key Responsibilities** - Pilot the finance management model (SAP S/4HANA Cloud – “Opera”) and contribute to the IT Finance roadmap. - Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs within the core RLE model. - Draft and document functional specifications, and lead validation committee sessions. - Conduct change management, training, and communication with users. - Monitor technological trends and continuous improvement of the financial model. - Manage the MOA Finance budget and coordinate the key‑user community. - Serve as the primary point of contact for users and SAP TMA interface. - Handle level‑1 support, qualify tickets, and approve fixes. - Chair monthly TMA committees and oversee contractual relations with integrators and vendors. - Act as the liaison for external ITGC auditors. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in finance MOA and IT system project management, preferably with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. - Strong knowledge of accounting, procurement, and invoicing processes. - Excellent communication, analytical, and cross‑functional facilitation skills. - Ability to work in a multinational environment and lead user communities. - Knowledge of SAP governance, risk, and compliance (ITGC) frameworks is an asset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. - Relevant SAP certification (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance) preferred. - Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) desirable.
