Collaborate closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and enhance operational workflows. **Expectations** - Build and extend agent‑facing and internal tools that facilitate critical family‑support services. - Deliver high‑quality, well‑tested code that meets performance and resilience standards. - Use front‑end expertise to elevate usability across all products. - Contribute to the product strategy, layout of new features, and optimization of existing workflows for marketing, operations, and field teams. - Work effectively in a collaborative, inclusive environment, fostering teamwork and clarity. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, code, test, and deploy new features for core applications. 2. Debug and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring system reliability. 3. Integrate front‑end components with back‑end services, enhancing overall user experience. 4. Partner with senior developers to review architecture and coding standards. 5. Participate in product planning sessions, providing technical insights and feasibility feedback. 6.
