Collaborate closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and enhance operational workflows. **Expectations** - Build and extend agent‑facing and internal tools that facilitate critical family‑support services. - Deliver high‑quality, well‑tested code that meets performance and resilience standards. - Use front‑end expertise to elevate usability across all products. - Contribute to the product strategy, layout of new features, and optimization of existing workflows for marketing, operations, and field teams. - Work effectively in a collaborative, inclusive environment, fostering teamwork and clarity. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, code, test, and deploy new features for core applications. 2. Debug and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring system reliability. 3.
