Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Creative Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and execute complex creative projects within a design studio environment, overseeing multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high‑quality outcomes on time and on budget. Drive process efficiencies, adopt AI tools, mentor junior managers, and act as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders. **Expectations:** - Sustain creative excellence across all deliverables. - Manage multi‑stakeholder portfolios and mitigate project risks. - Demonstrate leadership of at least 5 designers and influence senior‑level client relationships. - Implement AI‑driven solutions to enhance workflow and quality. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Project Management (70%)** - Provide detailed art direction using advanced composition and layout principles. - Enforce brand consistency and conduct rigorous quality control reviews. - Validate client briefs, align them with objectives, and recommend creative solutions. - Oversee workflows, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for on‑time completion. - Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage client pressure. 2. **Production Optimization (30%)** - Streamline internal processes, propose innovative methodologies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. - Research, test, and integrate AI tools into production pipelines. - Participate in recruitment of project managers and designers; mentor junior managers. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years creative project management experience in a studio or agency. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. - Strong understanding of graphic, motion, web, branding, illustration, and print design. - Advanced project management, organizational, and risk‑management abilities. - Leadership experience managing and developing teams of 5+ designers. - Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and French. - Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and interpersonal communication. - Familiarity with AI tools and trends in design and project management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field. - Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus but not mandatory.
