Job Description
**Job Title** Systems Programmer **Role Summary** Develop, maintain, and test software for computer systems, ensuring reliable operation and adherence to specifications. Manage incidents, document solutions, and collaborate with users to gather requirements. Support building and control systems with programming and system analysis. **Expectations** * 1–2 years of professional experience in system programming or computer systems analysis. * On‑site availability; remote work not permitted. * Demonstrated ability to manage incidents, produce documentation, and work with cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Write, modify, integrate, and test software code in a controlled environment. 2. Maintain existing programs by performing modifications, debugging, and updates. 3. Input programming data and code via console keyboards of computerized machines. 4. Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to stakeholders. 5. Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation covering status, operation, and maintenance. 6. Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements; develop logical and physical specifications. 7. Manage incidents and develop incident resolution workflows. 8. Support building and control system programming and HTML editing tasks. 9. Participate in design, quality assurance, and control activities related to system development. **Required Skills** * Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python, or relevant system‑level languages). * Knowledge of HTML and web‑related editing tools. * Experience with computer systems analysis, logical/physical specification development, and incident management. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and initiative. * Team‑player mindset with accountability, integrity, and dependability. **Required Education & Certifications** * Certificate or diploma in computer systems analysis, computer science, or equivalent vocational training. * Any valid criminal record check or equivalent security clearance required for the role.
