**Job title**
Cybersecurity Expert – Identity Governance & Administration (Saviynt)
**Role Summary**
Lead the technical integration, configuration, and deployment of the Saviynt IGA platform for a large enterprise (≈220,000 identities). Act as the primary liaison between IT, HR, and security teams to deliver automated identity provisioning, access management, and compliance solutions while ensuring system reliability and documentation across the product lifecycle.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end technical implementation of Saviynt, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
- Automate identity management processes to reduce manual effort and risk of errors.
- Manage complex IAM incident‑problem‑change (IPC) handling and train BAU teams on operations.
- Perform demand‑analysis, gap assessment, and effort estimation for new requirements.
- Maintain up‑to‑date architecture, operating model, guides, and procedures aligned with the product roadmap.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, HR, Security, and other stakeholders to meet business needs.
- Operate in an English‑first environment; French language proficiency is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Configure, customize, test, and deploy Saviynt IGA solutions.
2. Design and implement automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control workflows.
3. Integrate Saviynt with directories, SQL databases, PKI/certificate services, Java middleware, and other identity sources.
4. Conduct incident, problem, and change management for IAM operations.
5. Train and enable BAU teams on standard operational procedures.
6. Analyze business requests, assess fit against existing use cases, scope effort, and provide cost estimates.
7. Maintain and enhance platform documentation (Target Operating Model, architecture diagrams, user guides, procedures).
8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, HR, Security) to capture requirements and ensure alignment.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in IAM and information security within large, shared‑services organizations.
- Proven experience with Saviynt IGA cloud platform (full deployment lifecycle).
- Strong technical background: directories (Active Directory, LDAP), SQL, PKI/certificates, Java, and middleware integration.
- Knowledge of identity provisioning, authorization, authentication, access management, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).
- Proficiency in incident‑problem‑change management for IAM solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus.
- Ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation and deliver training sessions.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or equivalent
- Saviynt Certified Professional (or similar IGA certification)
- CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (if Azure integration involved)
