Job Description
**Job title** Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist **Role Summary** Deliver and optimise end‑to‑end digital and brand‑led marketing initiatives for a tech company on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Own strategy, execution, and performance across social, email, website, and paid media, driving engagement, reach, and ROI while maintaining strong brand alignment. **Expectations** - Independent, self‑directed project owner with clear prioritisation and time‑management skills. - Deliver measurable outcomes (engagement, leads, conversions) against agreed KPIs. - Communicate findings and insights to the Brand Marketing Manager and stakeholders in a concise, data‑driven manner. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns (social, email, website, paid) that support the brand narrative, persona strategy, product roadmap, and partner needs. - Develop, maintain and optimise social media calendars, tones and asset formats to boost reach and engagement. - Coordinate with internal specialists and external agencies to run paid campaigns, producing accurate performance and ROI reports. - Translate high‑level brand concepts into compelling digital executions across all channels. - Identify growth opportunities for repurposing content, expanding reach and tightening campaign flow. - Run A/B tests, analyse metrics, and iterate to improve campaign effectiveness continuously. - Collaborate with agencies on video, design and content production, ensuring digital assets meet brand standards. - Support event promotion on digital platforms and manage post‑event nurture through emails, social posts and workflow automation. **Required Skills** - Proven experience executing digital marketing campaigns, preferably for B2B SaaS or technology products. - Hands‑on proficiency in social media management, email marketing, web analytics and content distribution. - Comfortable working autonomously, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines without heavy oversight. - Strong analytical mindset, able to derive actionable insights from data and translate them into optimisation plans. - Excellent written communication with an eye for creative, compelling content. - Ability to adapt rapidly to new narratives or product propositions. **Desirable** - Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms. - Experience working with channel partners or distributed sales models. - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or digital workplace technologies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent professional experience needed. **Note** This position is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
