**Job Title** Business Developer (BtoB) **Role Summary** Field sales professional responsible for expanding and managing a portfolio of BtoB clients in the smart security solutions sector. Plans and executes sales visits, identifies prospects, presents tailored solutions, closes contracts, maintains client relationships, and reports performance metrics. **Expectations** - Proven track record in field sales (BtoB or BtoC). - Competitive drive and ambition to build a strong client base. - Focus on selling services, not products, with an eye toward long‑term relationships. - Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team. - Willingness to develop a clear career path within the organization. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute a sales action plan and visit schedule for the assigned territory. - Prospect new BtoB customers through phone, in‑person meetings, and referral programs. - Conduct needs analyses and propose high‑value, customized security solutions. - Develop sales proposals, negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure post‑sale follow‑up. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market developments, competitor activities, and client feedback. - Record all activities in the CRM, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to management. - Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and team performance. **Required Skills** - BtoB sales experience with proven success in client acquisition and revenue growth. - Strong prospecting and cold‑calling skills. - Solution‑selling mindset with the ability to translate technical benefits into business value. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Analytical mindset; willing to interpret data to drive decisions. - Self‑motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently. - Team player who supports peers and shares best practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred. - No mandatory certifications, though experience with digital security or SaaS sales is a plus.
