**Job Title:** Salesforce Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Design, configure, and develop Salesforce applications to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure high-performing, secure systems through end-to-end development, integration, data migration, and user training.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality solutions that meet business needs and comply with Salesforce best practices.
- Achieve ≥90% unit test coverage and maintain thorough technical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (BA, architects, QA) and adapt to project‑based work sites.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and build custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts.
- Develop Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
- Implement workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and email alerts.
- Configure security (profiles, roles, field‑level security, sharing rules).
- Perform data migration, cleansing, and transformation using Data Loader, ETL tools.
- Create and optimize reports and dashboards.
- Integrate Salesforce with REST/SOAP APIs, Java middleware, and IIB Middleware.
- Manage deployments through Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, and Salesforce CLI.
- Use GitHub for version control and conduct code reviews.
- Execute manual and unit testing; ensure robust QA processes.
- Integrate third‑party AppExchange products.
- Author technical documentation, deployment guides, and training materials.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent + 3 years relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent + 5 years relevant experience
