**Job Title:** AI Software Engineer (Mid‑Level)
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and associated pipelines to solve business problems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrate models into production, and ensure ongoing performance and documentation.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in fast‑paced, innovative environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement AI algorithms and models (e.g., NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning).
- Build and maintain data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
- Develop and manage AI infrastructure for training, testing, and deployment.
- Integrate AI models into production systems; monitor and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and knowledge‑sharing activities.
- Produce comprehensive documentation of processes, models, and results.
**Required Skills:**
- Programming: Python + Java / C++ (proficient).
- AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn.
