**Job Title**
Director of Commercial Centers (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead and optimise the performance of multiple retail sites, ensuring high foot‑traffic, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Manage budgets, drive operational excellence, coordinate marketing and community engagement, and foster partnerships with tenants, retailers, and local stakeholders.
**Expectations**
- Achieve annual objectives for footfall, sales, and NPS at each site.
- Deliver financial and operational results within budget.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for tenant and shopper experience.
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with tenants, retailers, and local authorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and monitor annual goals (attendance, turnover, NPS) for each centre.
- Analyse performance data and develop corrective action plans.
- Allocate and oversee budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Lead the deployment of client‑journey strategies: opening hours, safety, cleanliness, and merchandising.
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Commercial teams to implement local adaptations of corporate strategy.
- Champion local CSR initiatives aligned with national plans.
- Support specialty leasing and pop‑up tenant programmes.
- Drive the positioning of each centre, tailoring strategy to the client mix.
- Manage day‑to‑day tenant relations: support performance, resolve issues, and promote synergistic collaboration.
- Facilitate tenant onboarding, lease negotiations, and openings.
- Coordinate with the parent retailer on shared promotions, parking, and local project alignment.
- Serve as the primary local representative for the property owner: liaise with media, local authorities, and partners.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to inform strategy.

- Professional certifications in Project Management, Property Management, or Retail Operations are desirable.
