**Job Title**: Security Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of physical security systems for new office builds. Serve as the primary coordinator among internal teams and external integrators, managing design, budgeting, scheduling, and commissioning to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholder specifications.
**Expectations**
- Deliver multiple concurrent security projects from concept through hand‑off.
- Maintain project scope, schedule, and cost baselines; identify and mitigate risks.
- Build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships across workplace, network, AV/VC, and regional security management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning & Design**: review floor plans, overlay security requirements, present designs, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- **Vendor & Financial Management**: source quotes, process purchase orders, track expenditures, manage change orders, and maintain budget adherence.
- **Project Execution & Coordination**: manage integrator schedules, lead weekly status meetings, communicate risks and issues, and coordinate multi‑team activities to meet milestones.
- **Site Programming & Commissioning**: program security systems, travel to sites for testing and commissioning, conduct system validation, resolve punch‑list items, document configurations, and train local teams.
**Required Skills**
- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in physical security or construction.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience with enterprise security platforms (Access Control, Video Management, Visitor Management).
- Strong financial oversight, budgeting, and change‑order management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team coordination.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Security Management, or related field (preferred).
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification (strongly preferred).
