Job Description: Job Title: Research and Development Manager Role Summary Lead and coordinate R&D projects in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory compliance, and client expectations. Manage cross‑functional teams, oversee project planning, and drive innovation from concept to market readiness. Expectations • Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in pharmaceuticals. • Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline. • Ability to work in a hybrid setting (in‑person and remote). • Strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and capacity to manage tight deadlines. • Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
