Job Description
Job Title: Research and Development Manager Role Summary Lead and coordinate R&D projects in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory compliance, and client expectations. Manage cross‑functional teams, oversee project planning, and drive innovation from concept to market readiness. Expectations • Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in pharmaceuticals. • Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline. • Ability to work in a hybrid setting (in‑person and remote). • Strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and capacity to manage tight deadlines. • Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities • Assign technical projects to staff and define deliverables. • Consult with clients to prepare contracts, specifications, and proposals. • Review and approve project plans, recommend design changes, and authorize specifications. • Coordinate construction and operational activities to ensure compliance with building and safety standards. • Oversee data analysis, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes. • Establish and implement policies, procedures, and quality controls. • Present findings and proposals to stakeholders and clients. • Evaluate daily operations, plan resource allocation, and optimize workflow.
