**Job Title** Consultant – Partnership Development and Management **Role Summary** Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of the Time for Change partnership program, a collaboration that promotes educational changemaking in low‑income Canadian schools. Drive strategic partnership growth, manage relationships with key partners, and align partnership activities with organizational priorities. **Expectations** - Serve as the primary liaison for major partners, ensuring effective communication and mutual value. - Deliver strategic partnership plans, performance monitoring, and impact reporting on schedule. - Expand the partnership ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new collaborators across corporate, nonprofit, government, and academic sectors. **Key Responsibilities** - Co‑create partnership work plans, deliverables, and timelines with primary partners. - Monitor partnership performance; produce monthly updates and quarterly progress reports (January, July, December 2026). - Troubleshoot partnership challenges and ensure continued alignment of goals and outcomes. - Coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams (programs, communications, fundraising) to synchronize partnership efforts. - Identify and research potential new partners that align with programmatic objectives. - Design outreach strategies and conduct introductory meetings to engage and onboard new partners. - Represent the organization in external engagements and maintain partner engagement. **Required Skills** - Extensive professional network within the Canadian education, youth, and social impact sectors. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Strategic thinking with a results‑oriented, value‑creation mindset. - Proven partnership development experience and success in expanding collaborative impact. - Excellent written and presentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in social sciences, education, business, nonprofit management, or related field. - Any relevant certifications in partnership management, project management, or stakeholder engagement are an asset.
