Job Description
Job title: Corporate Finance Intern Role Summary: Provide hands‑on support to the corporate finance team by building and maintaining financial models, preparing budgets, forecasting cash flows, and analyzing financial statements. Assist in research, data collection, and the creation of presentation materials to aid strategic decision‑making. Expactations: - Complete all assigned tasks within project timelines and maintain high accuracy. - Continuously learn acquisition and valuation techniques applicable to alternative markets. - Collaborate effectively across departments, presenting insights clearly to senior staff. - Demonstrate professional growth and readiness for potential full‑time conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Construct and update complex Excel financial models for investment and budgeting purposes. - Conduct financial statement analysis, variance analysis, and trend evaluations. - Prepare detailed financial forecasts and sensitivity reports. - Gather market data, perform competitive analysis, and summarize findings. - Draft internal reports, deck slides, and other stakeholders’ presentations. - Support month‑end close, working capital reviews, and other ad‑hoc financial tasks.
