Job Title: Software Engineer Full Stack
Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack application solutions that address complex business challenges with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality code, collaborate cross‑functionally, adhere to coding standards, mentor peers, continuously improve development processes, and meet project deadlines in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and test front‑end (React, Angular, Vue) and back‑end components (Node.js, .NET Core, Java, Python).
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrations with databases, third‑party services, and cloud providers.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and resilience through code reviews, profiling, and automated testing.
- Deploy to production, monitor performance, and resolve production incidents.
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications and estimates.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior developers and uphold best coding practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks.
- Server‑side experience with Node.js, .NET Core, Java, or Python.
- Expertise in relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Design and consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit/integration testing, and version control (Git).
- Solid debugging, performance tuning, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or similar) are a plus.
