About the Company

Mission Resourcing provides contingency search services for Engineering, Product Management and Life Sciences from hands on engineers and technical leaders up to C level. We typically serve small to mid size companies who can rely on us to supplement their internal staffing efforts or startups in a heavy growth mode but have also worked with larger organizations such as Facebook, Pandora and ServiceNow. We recruit in Southern California as well as for remote positions across the US and can provide current client sites of reference on request. The premise behind Mission Resourcing is to deliver exceptional talent to our clients – every time. Whilst some agencies promise the world and never deliver, we engage with clients on searches within our acknowledged areas of expertise. Clients can effectively ‘outsource’ specific positions to Mission Resourcing confident that they will be delivered upon. Essentially you can anticipate the level of service associated with a retained search firm but at a more reasonable cost. Referrals are the cornerstone of good recruiting practice. That’s because great people recommend other great people. At Mission Resourcing we connect clients to the talent we are referred to and that others have already given a seal of approval on. Ultimately we take pride in helping organizations and people meet their developmental goals.
