Job Description
Job Title: Power Apps Developer & Administrator Role Summary: Design, build, test, and maintain scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Canvas and Model‑driven Apps, Power Automate flows) for internal and project business needs; administer SharePoint and Dataverse environments, provide monitoring, support, and citizen‑developer training. Expactations: - Deliver production‑ready Power Apps and flows within regulated DoD environments. - Maintain rigorous documentation and telemetry for all applications. - Participate in on‑call rotations and support incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Create and iterate Canvas and Model‑driven Power Apps. - Automate processes using Power Automate (approvals, notifications, schedules). - Administer SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, external sharing, and site provisioning under GCC High requirements. - Manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and solution lifecycle (Dev/Test/Prod). - Establish app and flow telemetry, run‑history analysis, and error‑management protocols. - Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; conduct demos and UAT. - Develop and upkeep documentation: data models, flow maps, runbooks, deployment checklists, SOPs. - Support Power BI integration—data writes/reads and refresh coordination with BI team. Required Skills: - 2+ years of production‑level Power Apps and Power Automate development. - 2+ years of SharePoint Online administration (site admin basics, permissions, lists/libraries). - Hands‑on experience with Dataverse fundamentals (tables, relationships, security). - Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform lifecycle management (Solutions). - Strong written and verbal communication; facilitation of workshops and documentation. - Ability to analyze telemetry, troubleshoot run‑history issues, and implement monitoring. Required Education & Certifications: - U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance (or qualification to obtain within 6 months). - Minimum of Security+ CE to meet DoD 8140/8570 baseline IAT I. - PL‑200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) preferred.
