Partner with product, marketing, and operations to align the sales engine with the company’s vision. **Expectations** - Deliver revenue > $500 M by building a high‑performance global sales organization. - Expand market share in key verticals and regions through new customer acquisition and retained growth. - Lead a culture of rapid execution, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Mentor and develop the next generation of sales leaders. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute a scalable global growth strategy, aligning with multi‑product opportunities. - Build, scale, and mentor an international sales team (New Business, Account Executives, Regional Leadership). - Drive channel development, alliance strategy, and key account management. - Develop and implement product‑tiered pricing strategies to maximize margin. - Establish regional GTM plans in partnership with Product and Marketing, incorporating localization. - Leverage CRM and sales‑enablement tools (HubSpot, Gong, Apollo) for forecasting, insights, and performance monitoring. - Monitor competitive, industry, and market trends to keep strategy ahead of rivals. - Foster a customer‑centric mindset across the organization, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty. **Required Skills** - Senior sales leadership (10+ years) with proven revenue growth > $80 M ARR in B2B SaaS. - Experience scaling high‑performance teams across multiple regions (NA, EMEA, ANZ). - Deep knowledge of multi‑product GTM planning and product inter‑dependencies. - Strong channel development, key account management, and sales operations optimization. - Data‑driven decision making and financial acumen for pricing and profitability. - Excellent stakeholder alignment, organizational change leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration. - Proficiency with CRM and sales‑enablement platforms (HubSpot, Gong, Apollo). - Leadership and mentoring capabilities to grow future sales leaders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
