Job Description
**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator – Digital Platforms Specialist **Role Summary:** Collaborating with e‑commerce, digital marketing, customer service, CX, and IT teams, the Salesforce Administrator configures, optimizes, and evolves Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to support the organization’s omnichannel strategy and digital transformation objectives. **Expectations:** - Deliver a stable, integrated Salesforce environment that aligns with business goals. - Maintain high data quality and system reliability. - Continuously enhance platform capabilities to drive sales, engagement, and customer retention. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems (CRM, CDP, CMS, PIM, etc.) and ensure seamless data flow. - Build and automate customer journeys, e‑mail campaigns, and dynamic segments in Marketing Cloud. - Implement AI/ML solutions (Einstein, Coveo) to personalize customer experiences. - Design and update dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs for sales, engagement, and loyalty. - Lead continuous integration and deployment processes for stability across environments. - Perform ongoing technology research to keep the platform current with e‑commerce trends. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud. - Strong knowledge of content and data management systems (CRM, CDP, CMS, PIM). - Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce Reports). - Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken). - Excellent time management, detail orientation, and analytical thinking. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, e‑commerce, or digital marketing. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce administration or digital platform management. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Commerce Cloud/Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud) are preferred.
