Job Description
Job title: ICT Service Delivery Manager Role summary: Lead and optimize the delivery of IT services across the organization, ensuring reliable, customer‑focused support and continuous improvement of service processes. Manage the IT Service Desk team, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and utilize data analysis to drive operational efficiencies. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality IT services that meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets. - Maintain service excellence and process optimization through proactive monitoring and improvement. - Align technology solutions with organizational goals and emerging industry standards. Key responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the IT Service Desk, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests. - Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing IT Service Desk team. - Implement and enforce ITIL practices, continuously improving service delivery processes. - Conduct data analysis on service metrics, identify trends, and propose improvements. - Coordinate with internal teams (infrastructure, security, application owners) and external vendors to integrate services. - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across all IT services. - Prepare and present periodic service reports to senior management. - Drive adoption of new technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint) and maintain expertise in infrastructure and networking. Required skills: - Proven experience in IT service delivery or operations management. - Strong leadership and team‑management abilities. - Deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft 365/Azure/SharePoint ecosystems. - Proficient in ITIL concepts and service management frameworks. - Data‑driven decision making; strong analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work collaboratively in public‑sector or not‑for‑profit environments. Required education & certifications: - ITIL Foundation Certification (or equivalent demonstrable experience). - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. - Additional certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or SharePoint valued.
