**Job title:** ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE **Role Summary:** Act as the primary client partner for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment of projects with business objectives, delivering high‑quality outcomes, managing budget and scope, and driving continuous improvement through data‑driven insights and proactive industry awareness. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years of experience leading or executing digital marketing campaigns (content, social media, SEO, paid search, paid media, website development, video production, web design, email marketing). - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. - Clear, professional communication skills across all media. - Strategic thinker who anticipates client needs and offers forward‑looking solutions. - Proficient with project management, analytics, and Microsoft/Google productivity suites. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the client’s main point of contact, maintaining relationships through timely, clear communication on project status, industry trends, and potential risks or opportunities. - Collaborate with project managers, creatives, and subject‑matter experts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client goals. - Lead and document client meetings, set agendas, capture action items, and follow up on commitments. - Partner with the strategy team to develop and evolve account strategies that reflect changing business priorities. - Analyze competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and industry events to inform recommendations and strategic planning. - Drive proactive discussions with clients to uncover new growth opportunities and adjust service offerings accordingly. - Manage retainer hours, budgets, and scope changes, ensuring approvals and documentation are secured. - Utilize data insights to optimize campaign performance and report results to clients. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and measurement. - Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, MS Excel, and project‑management software. - Excellent listening, summarizing, and translating skills. - Initiative-driven, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred. - Certifications in Google Analytics and Data Studio are advantageous but not mandatory.
