Job Title: Customer Success Manager Role Summary: Owns the full post‑sale customer lifecycle for a SaaS healthcare financial platform, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, upsells, and long‑term partnership value. Expectations: - Deliver measurable business growth and customer value in a fast‑paced startup environment. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention metrics. - Demonstrate ROI and product value to executive stakeholders. Required Skills: - 5+ years in CSM, Account Management, or Strategic Partner roles in SaaS or healthcare technology. - Proven track record of managing onboarding, renewals, upsells, and long‑term growth. - Strong negotiation, relationship management, and executive‑level communication. - Consultative selling and strategic account planning experience. - Excellent presentation, storytelling, and written communication. - Proficiency with CRM systems for account tracking, prioritization, and forecasting. - Solid business acumen and technical aptitude. - Preferable background in RCM, EHR, or practice management software. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related technical discipline. - U.S. work authorization.
