Job title: Manager, Digital Marketing
Role Summary: Owns and optimizes the B2B owned channel strategy (organic social, email, website, campaigns) for a growth‑focused company, driving audience engagement, traffic, and leads through a cadence‑driven, data‑backed approach.
Expectations: Deliver measurable marketing outcomes, work cross‑functionally with sales and leadership, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and maintain a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan, create, publish, promote, and analyze organic social content (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Create, test, and execute email marketing campaigns, including template building and segmentation.
• Manage project timelines and tactical execution for social and email calendars.
• Update and QA website content (blog posts, landing pages) with SEO and design standards.
• Coordinate cross‑channel special campaigns, including asset creation, landing page setup, and post‑campaign reporting.
• Track performance metrics across owned channels, generate insights, and recommend optimizations.
Required Skills: • 4+ years marketing experience with proven results in email and social.
• Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading and brand storytelling.
• Design proficiency with Canva, Figma, and basic video editing.
• Experience with Asana, Salesforce Pardot, Stripo, Looker Studio, Google Analytics (or comparable tools).
• Agency background preferred; understanding of brand strategy and cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications: • Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proficiency with marketing automation, analytics, and design tools; certifications in these platforms are a plus.
