Job Description
**Job Title** Apprentice Sales Development Representative – AI/Tech (H/F) **Role Summary** Drive early-stage prospecting for AI and technology solutions. Execute outbound multi‑channel campaigns, qualify leads, set appointments, and maintain accurate CRM records. Contribute to continuous improvement of outreach materials. The role supports a future transition to an Account Executive position. **Expectations** * Complete the apprenticeship within 12–24 months, aligned with academic calendar. * Demonstrate rapid learning, high motivation, and a strong drive to progress to an Account Executive role. * Achieve defined lead generation and appointment‑setting targets. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Identify and target prospects (accounts, decision‑makers, buying signals) for AI/tech offerings. 2. Run outbound campaigns across multiple channels with a strong focus on cold calling. 3. Book qualified meetings for the sales team, handling scheduling, follow‑ups, and confirmations. 4. Qualify prospects, capture context, challenges, next steps, and risk in the CRM. 5. Collaborate on iterative improvement of sequences, scripts, messages, and playbooks (A/B testing, response rates, conversion metrics). **Required Skills** * Proven B2B prospecting experience – cold calls, appointment setting, follow‑ups. * Strong SDR fundamentals: qualification, cadence, CRM hygiene, disciplined tracking. * Excellent verbal communication; can capture attention quickly and conduct structured conversations. * Highly organized, results‑oriented, and committed to data quality. * Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or equivalent). **Required Education & Certifications** * Current enrollment in a university program or recent graduate (degree not mandatory, but relevant business or technology studies preferred). * No mandatory certifications required, but willingness to complete sales training is expected.
