**Job Title:** Junior Creative Strategist **Role Summary:** Support Creative and Paid Media teams by developing data-driven concepts and high-converting landing pages. **Expectations:** Value potential and mindset over experience; candidate must be inquisitive about ad efficacy, data-capable, and driven by quick outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop visual and emotional hooks for ad campaigns to drive consumer engagement. - Aid in designing high-converting landing pages across multiple markets. - Analyze campaign performance data to refine creative decisions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, media buyers) to align ad concepts with psychological principles and platform contexts. **Required Skills:** - Research-driven approach to understanding consumer behavior and ad psychology. - Proficiency in data analysis to inform creative strategy. - Ability to rapidly iterate based on feedback and performance metrics. - Strong communication and teamwork skills across multidisciplinary teams. - Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, AI tools) for executing creative concepts. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or 0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing/creative roles.
