**Job Title:** Marketing and Communications Executive
**Role Summary:**
Execute and advance brand visibility and engagement for a high‑profile commercial venue. Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication campaigns across digital platforms, events, and stakeholder channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and an enhanced customer experience. Collaborate with sales, partnerships, operations, and external partners to support growth objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver strategic brand and marketing initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
- Provide data‑driven insights and reporting on campaign performance, digital growth, and customer feedback.
- Maintain flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as required by events and filming schedules.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support Senior Marketing and Communications Manager in strategy execution.
- Contribute to internal and stakeholder reporting on digital channel growth, campaign performance, and customer survey results.
- Develop and manage customer service strategy.
- Lead social media account management and create engaging multimedia content consistent with brand tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners to produce aligned content assets.
- Manage data warehouse and CRM, and identify opportunities to leverage first‑party data for marketing purposes.
- Handle marketing and partnership communications: website updates via CMS, newsletters via CRM, social media, and press releases.
- Assist in planning and supporting a variety of events, including sports, concerts, and community activities.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic marketing & brand management.
- Digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and multimedia production.
- Data analysis, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), CMS (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.) proficiency.
- Project management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle event‑related demands.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media, or data analytics are an advantage but not mandatory.
