Job Description: Job title: Technical Expert – CRM Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (F/M) Role Summary: Drive end‑to‑end technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects, integrating with client systems, configuring advanced modules, and building custom components (plugins, workflows, JavaScript). Expectations: Deliver high‑quality solutions autonomously, document technical work, lead technical workshops, and continually develop expertise via Microsoft certifications. Key Responsibilities • Analyze client context and requirements to define technical scope. • Design, develop, and configure CRM modules, including custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript. • Conduct unit and integration testing; ensure data integrity via SSIS data loads. • Build and maintain interfaces with client SI and third‑party systems. • Lead technical workshops and support cross‑functional teams. • Produce and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills • Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript. • Proficiency with SQL and SSIS. • Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services. • Professional English proficiency. • Minimum 3 years in a similar technical role; strong teamwork, curiosity, and commitment to quality. Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification preferred and willingness to pursue further Microsoft credentials.
