Job Description

Job Title: Software Developer Engineer Graduate Role Summary: Enter the role of an early‑career software developer within an organization that focuses on technical services. You will contribute to the development of software solutions that support testing, inspection, and certification processes, ensuring high quality and regulatory compliance. Expactations: • Apply programming knowledge to design, develop, and maintain code. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transform business requirements into functional applications. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration pipelines. • Demonstrate a learning mindset, taking initiative to acquire new technologies relevant to the service domain. • Deliver solutions within defined timelines and adhere to established coding standards and documentation practices. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements from stakeholders. - Design software modules, database schemas, and APIs. - Write clean, well‑documented, reusable code in languages such as Java, Python, or C++. - Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing; debug and troubleshoot issues. - Contribute to version control, build scripts, and deployment processes. - Collaborate with quality assurance, product management, and operations teams. Required Skills: - Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, C#, Python, or similar). - Understanding of relational databases and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems (Git). - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to write clear technical documentation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - (Optional) Certifications in relevant technologies such as Azure, AWS, Java SE, or Scrum basics may be advantageous but are not mandatory.
