Job Description: **Job Title:** (Senior) Scientist – Strategic Partnership **Role Summary:** Lead and support strategic R&D initiatives focused on RNA‑based therapeutics, develop and manage scientific partnerships, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align business goals with scientific execution. Serve as a subject‑matter expert in mRNA/saRNA design, drive project delivery, and represent the organization at industry events. **Expectations:** - Design and optimize RNA sequences for drug development. - Identify, negotiate, and sustain external collaborations. - Translate scientific data into actionable business decisions. - Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standards. - Communicate complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead strategic R&D projects from concept through implementation. - Create partnership proposals, conduct due‑diligence, and oversee joint activities. - Perform RNA sequence design, optimization, and validation assays. - Provide expert scientific guidance to partners and internal teams. - Prepare and deliver presentations at conferences, meetings, and client briefings. - Generate reports and documentation supporting regulatory and commercial objectives. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise in mRNA/saRNA drug product development and RNA sequence design. - Proven experience in strategic R&D management and partnership development. - Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage several projects concurrently. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Ph.D. (or equivalent experience) in Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or a related discipline. - Relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably in RNA therapeutics.
