Job Description
**Job Title** Intern – Communication & Public Affairs **Role Summary** Support the public affairs and communication team by drafting high‑quality content, monitoring sector developments, and creating visual materials to amplify influence and visibility for the organization’s ecosystem partners. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, concise, error‑free writing in French (English fluency is a plus) - Demonstrate a keen interest in governmental institutions and political influencers - Operate autonomously while collaborating closely with team members - Maintain professional initiative and strong organization skills **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare briefs and pitches for roundtable discussions and public interventions - Write op‑eds, study summaries, and articles for newsletters, blogs, and other digital channels - Conduct sector‑specific monitoring to spot visibility and advocacy opportunities - Outreach to public decision‑makers and ecosystem stakeholders to secure meetings - Produce and manage social media posts, newsletters, and mailing campaigns - Create and stylize communication assets (presentations, flyers, posters) in Canva, ensuring consistent brand guidelines - Manage digital communication channels, including community engagement and web presence **Required Skills** - Exceptional written communication, grammar, and synthesis abilities - Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills - High level of writing accuracy and impeccable spelling - Fluent in French; English proficiency desirable (bilingual preferred) - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva - Strong command of social media platforms and general web tools - Organized, dynamic, and self‑motivated with a proactive mindset **Required Education & Certifications** - Current Master’s (M1 or M2) student in Communication, Political Science, Business School, or Communication Studies - Internship duration: 4‑6 months (immediate start)
