Job Description: **Job Title:** Communications & Events Intern (Communication / Event Management / Graphic Design) **Role Summary:** Support a fast‑growing media‑event platform in planning, promoting, and executing events while managing its social media presence and visual identity. The intern will act as a proactive contributor, shaping communication strategies and creating graphic and video content. **Expectations:** - Take initiative and propose ideas to drive brand growth. - Work autonomously while meeting deadlines. - Demonstrate creativity, rigor, and strong organizational skills. - Adapt quickly to evolving project needs and stakeholder feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Social Media Management** - Develop and execute social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). - Create editorial calendar, write and design posts, schedule publications. - Manage community interaction and client relations. - Run paid campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust tactics. 2. **Event Project Management** - Build and maintain event calendar. - Design visual identity, posters, and communication assets for each event. - Coordinate partners, sponsors, student bodies, press, and venues. - Capture event photos/videos, produce teaser clips and after‑movies. 3. **Graphic & Content Production** - Produce graphic charters, flyers, and other visual supports. - Write engaging copy for social platforms and promotional material. - (Optional) Create video content using editing software. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). - Strong written communication and impeccable spelling. - Experience managing social media accounts and content planning. - Ability to produce basic video edits (preferred). - Good photography sense and ability to shoot/edit event media (plus). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or graduated from a communication, marketing, graphic design, or related program (equivalent to Bac+1 – Bac+5 / Associate to Master’s level). ---
