**Job Title:** Junior ServiceNow Developer
**Role Summary:**
Provide day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and support for the ServiceNow platform. Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions, ensuring performance, data quality, and compliance with best practices.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver solutions within defined SLAs and priority frameworks.
- Maintain high system availability and data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and end‑users.
- Continuously improve platform functionality through testing, upgrades, and documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer and maintain ServiceNow, including configuration of forms, lists, UI policies, notifications, catalog items, and workflows.
- Monitor platform performance, data quality, and overall system health.
- Participate in upgrades, testing, and release management.
- Troubleshoot user‑reported issues, defects, and incidents; triage and route requests per SLA.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Produce system designs, documentation, and perform design analysis.
- Deliver unit‑tested solutions; support UAT and end‑user community.
**Required Skills:**
- 1+ year hands‑on ServiceNow administration/development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, etc.) and best practices.
- Ability to create and modify forms, lists, UI policies, notifications, catalog items, and workflows.
- Experience with testing, upgrades, and release management.
- Problem‑solving, analytical, and self‑starting attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document technical solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL/service‑management concepts (asset).
- Experience in full‑stack web development is an asset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent diploma in Information Services.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) preferred but not mandatory.
