**Job Title:** Junior ServiceNow Developer **Role Summary:** Provide day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and support for the ServiceNow platform. Job Title System Support Analyst Role Summary Provide end‑user device and application support, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network resources. Deliver both onsite and remote assistance, ensuring optimal performance and security of IT systems. Expectations - 6‑month contract with potential extension. - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Effective communication with non‑technical users, stakeholders, and vendors. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
