**Job Title** Junior Consultant – IT Finance Project Management **Role Summary** Support and progressively lead finance‑related IT projects by managing sub‑project workstreams, gathering business requirements, drafting functional specifications, ensuring delivery quality, and facilitating user adoption. Contribute to internal initiatives to help the consultancy grow. **Expectations** - Take ownership of defined work packages (PMO, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination). - Proactively identify solutions and drive them to completion. - Communicate effectively with finance and IT teams in English and French. - Participate in internal projects (recruitment, communication, technology watch). **Key Responsibilities** - Manage sub‑projects: schedule, monitor milestones, coordinate resources. - Conduct business analysis and write functional specifications for finance systems. - Act as Business Analyst (AMOA) between finance and IT, validate deliverables, and lead testing phases. - Prepare training materials and support end‑users during change adoption. - Assist internal firm initiatives (e.g., recruitment, knowledge sharing). **Required Skills** - Understanding of ERP, reporting, and consolidation tools; strong Excel proficiency. - Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive attitude. - Professional working proficiency in English (French required for internal communication). - Basic project management knowledge (PMO, milestone tracking). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a specialized IT/Finance program. - No specific certifications required; project management or ERP certifications are a plus.
