Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Security Analyst **Role Summary:** Responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and documenting information security risks across enterprise systems. Conducts IT audit and security reviews, supports risk management projects, and develops security strategies and policies. Works cross‑functionally with business units, security teams, and auditors to ensure compliance and effective controls. **Expectations:** - 3+ years of combined IT audit and security experience with at least 1 year focused on security. - Proficient in IAM, audit methodologies, risk analysis, and control assessment. - Strong written and oral communication; able to present findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Ability to manage multi‑faceted projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver actionable recommendations. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Perform IT audits and security assessments, documenting findings, risk ratings, and mitigation plans. 2. Collaborate with security, business, and EIT teams to address identified risks and ensure timely resolution or deferral. 3. Plan, execute, and manage projects related to risk management, compliance, control assurance, and user awareness initiatives. 4. Develop and update security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. 5. Provide security‑focused consultative services, including guidance on IAM controls, database security, and application development. 6. Monitor and report on security metrics and compliance status to senior management. **Required Skills:** - IT audit and security knowledge (audit standards, risk analysis, control assessment). - Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience. - Project management and stakeholder collaboration. - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities. - Familiarity with fraud awareness, ethical standards, and enterprise risk management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred). - Desired certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent audit/security credentials.
