Job Description

Job title: Frontend Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features for a SaaS hospitality platform. Drive the UI/UX experience, translate business workflows into intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with backend, product, and leadership teams to shape product architecture and scalability. Expectations: - Own end-to-end front‑end delivery with high quality and performance. - Take initiative on product and UX decisions, providing expert advice and innovative solutions. - Work independently while actively contributing to cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Build and evolve responsive web interfaces using Angular (and Flutter where applicable). - Translate complex operational workflows into clear, intuitive UI components. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to integrate API‑driven features. - Participate in architecture, performance, and scalability discussions. - Identify, implement, and promote best practices for development workflows, testing, CI/CD, and tooling. - Monitor application health via Grafana, AWS Metrics, Log Insights, and Sentry, and troubleshoot production issues. Required Skills: - Strong experience as a Front‑End Developer with proficient JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge. - Hands‑on expertise in Angular; familiarity with Flutter is a plus. - Comfortable integrating with RESTful/APIs and AWS infrastructure (Lambda, SQS). - Version control proficiency (Git, GitHub). - Understanding of UX principles and ability to make design trade‑offs. - Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Sentry, AWS metrics). - Proactive, autonomous work ethic with excellent collaboration and communication.
