Job Description: **Job Title** Delivery Lead IT – Senior **Role Summary** Lead the delivery of a mid‑office and agency (ATM) platform within a large corporate banking transformation program. Manage end‑to‑end delivery of a front‑to‑back system, ensuring high quality, on‑time delivery and continuous improvement, in collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and a cross‑functional team. **Expectations** - Initiate work immediately (ASAP). - Own the roadmap and deliverables for the assigned perimeter. - Guarantee quality, schedule, and commitments; manage risks. - Champion Agile practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). - Drive process optimization, innovation, and value‑added initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Translate product and technical roadmaps into actionable plans. - Oversee and coordinate the delivery team (Tech Lead, developers). - Conduct Agile ceremonies: grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and KPI tracking. - Define and enforce best practices for architecture, coding, estimation, and cost control. - Monitor project action plans and ensure their successful execution. - Identify risks, issues and drive mitigation. - Act as the delivery advocate to product owners, business analysts, and program leadership. **Required Skills** *Functional* - Proven experience managing complex IT projects (scoping, planning, deliverables). - Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodology. - Understanding of financing processes (contracts, tranches, lender pools). *Behavioral* - Strong delivery orientation and results focus. - Natural leadership with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent organization, prioritisation and risk management. - Ability to thrive in complex, high‑pressure environments. *Languages* - Professional fluency in English (continuous use). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field. - Agile certifications preferred (Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, or equivalent). - Knowledge of cloud and DevOps practices is a plus.
