**Job title:** Project Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, maintain schedules, budgets, and documentation, and drive effective communication among stakeholders. Manage ERP data for multiple active projects and administer project tools to ensure accurate project information and seamless workflow.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining high data integrity.
- Ensure clear and timely communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and system usage.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Track schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and action items for multiple projects.
- Update and reconcile ERP system data on budgets, expenses, and forecasts.
- Coordinate change orders, proposals, and stakeholder matrices (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions, Lessons Learned).
- Produce monthly project reports, stakeholder updates, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Manage document control: versioning, QA/QC, approvals, transmittals in SharePoint, DocuSign, and Aconex.
- Assist with subcontractor audit documentation and NDA tracking.
- Administer project tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Tempo, Power BI) including user setup, permissions, and basic training.
- Maintain organized project mailboxes and communication flow via Microsoft Teams.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
- Experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and data‑visualization tools (ERP, Power BI).
- Ability to learn and adapt to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Basic system administration skills: user setup, permissions, report configuration.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of project coordination, controls, or support experience.
- Certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., CAPM, Project Management Fundamentals) preferred but not mandatory.
